Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange. We also accept exchanges for damaged products, allowing you to exchange the damaged item for a new one.
Please note: A parcel being returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery, incorrect address formatting, or delivery refusal will require the parcel to be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. This applies even if the customer did not personally initiate the return.
